Xenia zu Hohenlohe is a Founding Partner/Director with the Considerate Group, a solutions provider for sustainable services to hospitality businesses.
Xenia began her career in the hotel industry 24 years as a PR for international hotel groups such as Mandarin Oriental Hotels in London. She then spent various years at Aman, both in Sales as well as within operations, as Assistant GM working in countries such as Mexico, Morocco as well as Singapore.
With this operational as well as commercial understanding of the hotel business, she joined forces with her business partner Benedetta Cassinelli to create Considerate Hoteliers Ltd in order offer a platform of services for responsible business solutions to the hospitality sector.
These include a unique technology platform for resource management as well as tailor-made methodologies for the successful integration of sustainability strategies, CSR Reporting services and advisory on internal as well as external communication on all matters ‘green’.
Having recently re-branded the company to The Considerate Group, in order to service a wider set of companies with their expertise and their highly skilled team, the company was recently awarded a UK government grant to develop and app in order to help  SME’s in this sector save energy. Xenia is dedicated and passionate about minimising negative environmental impacts, and focus on delivering green growth opportunities to all the hospitality businesses they work with.  Her key clients are The Oetker Collection, Mustique Company Limited, Ruby Hotels, Steigenberger Hotels as well as many other independent hotels.
