Tatjana Tosic has extensive resort and real estate experience and a time-tested ability to build strong sales brands, lead international teams and pioneer new concepts that become industry standards. As an independent Real Estate Consultant, she creates projects’ strategic directions and oversees marketing and sales initiatives. Her mission is to become an investor’s strategic partner in achieving sustainable economic growth.
Since 2017 Tatjana is a Principal Real Estate Consultant for mixed-use development Red Bay Hotel & Resort in Croatia. Under her leadership 25% of real estate was sold during first sales season.
Prior to this, she was in charge of conducting feasibility studies and developing marketing and sales strategies for numerous mixed-use projects in Croatia, Montenegro and Albania where she has collaborated with prominent brands such as Colliers International, PKF hotelexperts GmbH,  Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences.
